Hello

I’m very interested in orange liqueurs, because some of my favourites like Maragrita need it, but I’m often not sure which kind of orange liqueur use the creater of the recipe.
Espceciall Ted Haighs book “Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails” have a lot of recipes with orange liqueur.
Someties Cointreau is required and I haven’t a problem, but only sometimes.

Your big test is really great, I’m very interested in it.
Your comments about the liqueurs are very good to imagine
and makes a good overview about the world market
but I have one problem.
Which orange liqueurs should I use in for example the Alamagoozlum, the Mother in Law Cocktail bor the Margarita?
