A few months ago I visited Le Lion, a small bar in Hamburg, Germany. Without doubt one of the most memorable drinks I had there was the Padovani, a simple mixture of St. German and Scotch whisky that is made superlative by a rather expensive ingredient – Glemorangie Signet.
